[Adding to the Fourth wall group posts here with Golbez, Arche, and Lyn!

Golbez is either sitting outside with a mug of tea watching people walk by, or heading over to check on the FF IV house, if it's evening.

Arche is flying around checking out everything ever.

And Lyn is hanging out around the barracks, doing her training.]

It's probably for the best that they don't. [Kain frowns.] But this Luceti sounds similar to where I was... people were brought in from many different worlds to fight.

Interesting... Combat is not the primary reason we are in Luceti, but there is an important element of it here. We are held by a group known as the Malnosso, though it seems they are not the ones who brought us to this world, merely the ones keeping us from exploring all of it. They wage war against an enemy that seeks to slay every being on this planet.

Ah, so it is another cycle of war... just not one I expected to be part of. Do we engage in battle against this enemy? Tell me they're at least not pathetic mimicries of humanity.

We engage them at times, for particularly tactically advantageous battles. We are apparently one of the strongest forces on this planet when we work together. As for the nature of the enemies, they are humanoid in appearance, with great wings and the ability to perform various "shifts" to the world around them.

[Not mindless things then, like that makes this any better.]

Shifts? [Whatever those are, he hates the sound of it already.] And are you saying our battles against this enemy have largely been victories?
