[Golbez has decided to surprise the FF IV house. He's made up some care packages for Rosa and Rydia, set them up in a pair of boxes, and is currently carrying them over to their house.

Feel free to either greet him at the door, or interrupt him on his way over and ask what the heck he's doing.]

[After being inside for just a few minutes, Golbez might feel something small run right into him with a small 'oof']

[He looks down at that, seeing the small child that just ran into him.]

Are you all right?

[She is wobbling a little, and holding her forehead.]

What are your legs made of?!

[Dryly.] Flesh. I'm just wearing armor.

[He kneels down.] I don't think we've met. I'm Golbez, Cecil's brother.

Why are you wearing armor?

[Well, she was going to knock on his legs, but since she can't tell too easily that he kneels down, she'll be knocking on his head.] I'm Eiko.

[He lets her knock on it, shaking his head after she's done.] Nice to meet you, Eiko. How long have you been living here?

[Rydia's propped up on the couch in the living room, tired of being isolated in her room. Wanna bet that Cecil gave her a piggyback ride? Upon hearing the door opened by someone in armor, Rydia perks up.]

Ce-- ...no, wait. Golbez?

[His stride is far heavier than Cecil's, after all. She blinks, surprised but far from displeased at his sudden arrival.]

[He swings the door shut as his eyes flicker over to Rydia.] Yes. You're still having trouble seeing?

[He steps over to the couch.]

[An annoyed expression flickers over her face at that, though it's not directed at him.]

...yes. I can see vague shapes, but that's all. Oddly enough, the legs are recovering faster.

[She smiles a bit, though, despite all that.]

It's nice of you to pay a visit.

Probably because muscles and bone repair faster than delicate parts of the body like the eyes. But you are recovering, no?

[He strides over to the couch and seats himself next to her.] I thought I'd bring over a few things that might help speed your recovery. Here.

[He hands one of the two boxes he's holding to her. Since she won't be able to see it properly, he nudges one of her hands with a corner.]

I'm recovering...slowly, but I'm already starting to feel better.

[Rydia takes the box once he does, of course.]

Thank you! That was thoughtful.

[She opens it and begins to feel around carefully.]

...potions? Oh, good! I ran out of those a long time ago.

[He smiles at her reaction, nodding... before remembering she can't see it.]

Yes, and a few remedies, ethers, and various other things as well.

How come he goes to see them and not her? So, she continues spying.**

Golbez can feel Val's presence, of course. But he's not going to let anything on, at least not yet. He shifts the boxes into an easier carrying position, and continues on his way like nothing's happening.]

**She's still following him, making no effort to actually hide the fact that she's following anyone. She COULD just watch from high up but, then she'd give herself away by use of magic. So, she follows, only slightly hovering above ground**

[After being run into by Eiko and giving Rydia her box, Golbez finally reaches Rosa's room, the door to which he knocks on.]

[The knock does wake her up, and she looks to the door for a moment, letting it set in that someone really was knocking] Come in...?

[The door swings open, revealing Golbez and his box of presents.] Good afternoon, Rosa. I hope I didn't wake you.

[He steps inside, shutting the door behind him.]
