This is absurd.

Every time one of these experiments begins, everything descends into absolute chaos. It's as if no one can deal sanely with the alterations these blasted things place on us.

Something needs to be done. If anyone needs me, I'll be out trying to get some semblance of reason in place around here.

[And with that, Golbez heads out the door. Anyone who encounters him will find that his inherent desire for order has been ramped up to absurd levels. He'll be cracking down on rule-breakers and anyone he deems a threat with a vengeance.]

Do you know of anyone who is behaving unreasonably at the moment, due to the current experiment or otherwise?

Not that I'm aware of at the moment, though I haven't been paying attention as much as I should have.

Well, if you find anyone, you should probably do your best to limit the damage they do. The Chaos these experiments can cause is utterly ridiculous at times.

What do you plan to do, Golbez?

That depends on what needs doing. If there's someone threatening the peace, I'll halt their actions. If there are people in danger, I'll remove the threat. And if there are just people being unreasonable as a result of the experiment, I can play diplomat.

Which reminds me, Stella, has anyone you know been behaving... in a manner that worries you?

Do you believe yourself the sanest person here, in that case? The rest of us can be trusted just as well. Or is there some other motive behind your doing this, some reason to be suspicious... that perhaps your intentions aren't as good-natured as you would have them seem. I want to trust you, but even so, I can't help but wonder. You always have been far too controlling.

I simply have a preference for order and reason over chaos and emotion. A preference I have good reason to have, as you well know...

You're surely clever enough, and know as well as I do that I've only been trying to trust you for Cecil's sake. Ultimately for Rosa's sake, since anything that helps him in turn helps her. Were it up to me, I'd have nothing to do with you. Your presence is a reminder of a time I'd sooner forget.

Oh, I've noticed. And I'm going to try and keep him with me as much as I can, in hopes of sparring others his verbal torrent. Not to mention the less he is exposed to others, the greater chance there is that he might keep SOME thoughts to himself.

Well, there's already a minor issue amongst those I know. Many are under the impression I go prancing about in a bikini. Where would they get that idea?
